Morning all Tis the Season

Wanted to share a bit of the twine this morning and a code word.

First I made this cute little vintage card with Christmas tree for my other etsy shop and was so happy with how it turned out I just had to share.   It's a Christmas jalopy.   I love Tim Holtz die cuts as you probably can tell from the shop.   The twine was perfect for a pop of color and attaching it to the top of the car.

Next code word.....sweet treats.   I was featured a few days ago on her blog and I would like to follow up ( I didn't know when I would be featured) with a freebie.   10 yards of free twine with every order that you put the code word in "sweet treats".   Also include the color you want to receive for free.

Wacky Wednesdsay

Wouldn't this look even yummier wrapped up in these?   I just love the classic red and white for Christmas.   White just looks cleaner and crisper.   Do you share treats with your neighbors and friends?   I love getting goodies from my friends.   Some have the traditional gift they bring and I love opening the pomogranate jam later in the year.   The orange rolls that are delivered hot and fresh to the door.   I make gallons of salsa for my friends.   I think this year these pretty tags will be attached to the containers.

Thanks for dropping by.

Love this little gift card holder

Saw this the other day on You tube and just had to make one.   Though the one on You Tube didn't have that twine topper.   I love the little tassle like top to the beanie.   These are quite easy and cute and perfect for the holidays.   Thanks for dropping by.

I am back and hope to do better

I know a few people drop by but not many but I promise to do better and show more of the twine and ideas.
This is my youngest son and his gf.   I added the twine here and there so look carefully and find it.

November is give away month so be on the look out.

Share you ways you are using twine.

Party, Party, Party! All wrapped up with twine

It's a busy weekend for me.   I helped out with a beautiful wedding reception complete with nacho bar and dancing.   The couple was stunning in  red, black and white.   Best wishes Marcus and Pearla.  This morning I am dropping off a veggie tray and staying for a baby shower for a friends daughter.   She is having a girl.   Wouldn't this be a cute garland to put up at a baby shower.   Imagine it up above the door as you come in.   Draped at the food table.   Above the windows in the main room.   So many possibilities and all of it strung up on bakers twine.

A bit of vintage today

I just couldn't part with this little card stock image.   I love the image but it just never really worked into my scrapbook layouts so I made a tag out of it and thought it would work on several gift bags from birthdays, showers, and just because.   The Caribbean bakers twine is the perfect color for this tag.   You just can't go wrong with all of the colors that are in the shop.

A neat little package

Bakers twine is so perfect for packaging.   These are custom order tickets that I just couldn't send out "naked" so I added just a bit of pink blossom, charcoal, and maraschino.   I think they look wonderful now.
